Youth arrested following high-speed pursuit in stolen car

(Crohn)-An unlicensed young man in Valleo was arrested on Thursday after a high-speed hunt in a stolen car.

Valigo Police Administration officers first tried to stop the white Fusion in Redwood Parkway near the Admiral Callen Lynn, after checking records on the car showed that he was reported to be stolen into an armed from Oakland.

“The car officers continued on the 80 -west highway and waited for additional units before trying to stop a high -risk felony,” VPD said. “When the officers activated their emergency lamps, the driver failed to withdraw, accelerate dangerous speeds, and an endeavor began about 13 miles.”

The Valigo Police Administration said the driver ignored public safety and committed countless traffic violations trying to evade follow -up officers. The VPD officer eventually used a hole maneuver to finish the chase near Mary Island Way and Harbor Way.

The driver was arrested and transferred to the juvenile detention facility in Solano Province. Parents were contacted in the events and informed him of his arrest.
