Young Thug had a proud dad moment this week as his son Jahmir graduated from elementary school. The rapper, his ex Kameme, and his current partner Mariah the Scientist came together to support the rising sixth grader.
“Another milestone in the books, and many more ahead! Congratulations to my rising 6th grader — so proud of you, Jahmir!” Kameme wrote on Instagram, sharing a series of photos from the special day.
In one photo, Young Thug posed with Kameme, Mariah, Jahmir, and two other children. The group of six coordinated in black and white outfits, creating a picture-perfect family moment as they smiled for the camera.
Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, has six children in all—three boys and three girls—with multiple women.
Among his children is a son he shares with the late LaKevia Jackson, who passed away in 2022. Their son is now 14. He also shares two children with Kameme, who publicly expressed her appreciation for Mariah the Scientist in 2024, thanking her for helping keep the family connected during Young Thug’s time behind bars.
The Atlanta rapper also has a child with influencer Cleo, known online as Cleotrapa. Cleo made headlines in early 2024 following an alleged altercation with Mariah that surfaced on social media.
Young Thug became a dad at 17 and has largely kept his children out of the spotlight, rarely sharing personal details about them.
In a 2016 interview with GQ, he spoke candidly about fatherhood. “[It] ain’t easy. It be like, ‘If I could take this back? Yes, what the f#$k was I thinking!’ Haha. It’s not even taking care of the kids. The main part is you won’t be able to do what you always did. That’s the number one rule to having a kid: You can’t be who you were.”
