Woman found shot, dead in a vehicle; person of interest in custody: Brighton police

Denver (KDVR) – Brighton Police Department is Investigation after a dead woman was found in a car On Friday morning with a gunshot wound.

The agency said that the investigation of the murder began after 9:15 am on Friday in 200 blocs from North 6 Street, where the officers were called to investigate a deserted car. The area is a residential neighborhood, north of Bridge Street and East Highway 85.

Upon arrival at the scene, the officers found a dead woman who could reach the age of 30 with phenomenon.

The police department said that there is no threat to the public, “as an interesting person who has been identified and is currently present on a non -relevant charge.”

The woman’s identity is blocked so that she can be notified, and her identity in the sponsorship of the Adams County Office.

The investigation descended to the “very early stages”, and the agency said the investigation was continuing.
