Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose came together over the weekend to celebrate their son Sebastian Taylor Thomaz turning 13.
The former couple hosted a basketball-themed party attended by close family and friends.
Photos from the bash showed both parents posing alongside their son as he officially entered his teenage years.
Ahead of the festivities, Wiz shared a video to his Instagram Stories highlighting a family tradition known as “birthday licks.”
In the clip, the rapper slipped on a boxing glove and asked Sebastian to raise his arms.
“Ready,” Wiz said. “Thirteen. Here we go.”
After the first punch, Sebastian winced and lowered his arms.
“Hands up,” Wiz told him, as his son responded, “Please, please.”
“We still doin’ birthday licks in this house,” Wiz captioned the video. “Took it like a g tho.”
In addition to the video, Wiz also shared a message for his only son.
“Happy 13th Birthday to my amazing son. I love you so much. You bring so much joy to my life everyday and it’s been like that since the day you got here. I love you so much boy. Thank you for being so kind, caring, intelligent, a great big brother and the perfect son. I love you sebastian. Happy 13th birthday my big teenage boy,” the rapper wrote.
Model and television personality Amber Rose also marked the occasion with a series of photos from the party on her Instagram Stories. On one snapshot, she wrote, “happy birthday to my babyyy.”
Wiz Khalifa welcomed Sebastian “The Bash” Taylor Thomaz with Rose on February 21, 2013. The pair were married from 2013 to 2016 before going their separate ways.
Wiz later welcomed a daughter, Kaydence, with his girlfriend Aimee Aguilar. The “Black and Yellow” rapper and Aguilar have been together since 2019. Meanwhile, Amber shares a son, Slash, with her ex, Alexander “AE” Edwards.
