Milwoki (Wfrv– A man from Wisconsin faces several charges after the authorities said that he sexually assaulted a little girl and continued with her on the basement, and left her to drink water from the ground.
According to a criminal complaint obtained by WFRV from Nexstar, 64 -year -old David Boyd faces five accusations in Milwoki Province regarding the investigation.
On January 7, CPS received a report claiming that a girl below the legal age was sexually assaulted by her great boyfriend, who was later identified as Boyd. Al -Shakawi said that the alleged attacks took place a few years ago when the victim ranged between eight and nine years.
The victim provided details of the alleged attacks. Al -Shukawi says that a nurse nurse found multiple scars on the victim, which the victim said was caused by Boyd using a knife on her.
Near the end of February, the victim spoke again with the authorities. Boyd binds her arms to a pole in the basement. In the complaint, I also stated that Boyd denied her food and was so “chains” for a long time that she had missed several days from school.
The complaint said that she told the authorities that she drank water on the ground while she was bound by chains.
On April 16, the authorities carried out an inspection memorandum at a residence where they found elements consistent with the descriptions of the victim. There were chains on the basement. Investigators took pictures, as shown below.



The authorities said that they had prepared many attempts to speak with Boyd, who was seen above in a photo from Milwoki Province prison. Ultimately, he was agreed to come to the Brown Deir Police Department to speak.
Boued is accused of five crimes: the physical assault of a child, the use of a dangerous weapon, the child’s trafficking, the wrong prison, and two accusations of the repeated sexual assault of a child. Each felony carries the maximum prison sentence between six and 60 years.
Court records appear Boyd was in the Milwoke County Court on April 28 because of his initial appearance. His cash bond was determined at $ 100,000. It is scheduled to return to the court on May 7 to attend a preliminary session.
