The suspected officers, who were later identified as Danny Ratelev residing in San Francisco, identified inside the store. Police said that Ratelev fled the store, but was arrested after a short chase.
According to Colma PD, Ratlif got about $ 481.63 of unpaid goods on April 12. The targeted employees told the police that Ratelev had stolen the goods worth $ 2,580.26.
Ratelv, 51, had previous or more condemnation, which made him 36 qualified for arrest.
Ratelev was arrested and seized in San Matteo County Prison on charges of robbery, major theft, theft of a crime with the Barreen and the resistance/obstruction of peace officers.
