As “every day, any day, an information center”, Austin provides 311 spaces to report problems or ask questions about what is going on in the city. The service is available 24 hours a day, throughout the year, by calling the number 311 (or 512-974-2000), using Website Or using a mobile phone application.
Between January and May, 124,971 service requests were submitted to 311 from all over the city – everything from reporting sick or infected animals to fireworks complaints. Below is a look at the best 10 common service requests:
