Bolder, Colorado (KDVR) – Public Prosecutor Phil Weizer says he was shaken by the attack in Bolder – another deliberate attack says Wazer that could be avoided.
“What did not happen here are that we will look at, just as it is with the shooting of Boulder King Sooper, does someone know anything and did not know who is talking about it?” Weizer said.
According to federal immigration officials, Muhammad Sabri Suleiman entered the country in 2022 B-2 tourist visa, which is used for tourists from outside the United States to visit. The visa ended in 2023, applied for asylum and was waiting for approval.
It can take weeks or months asylum, or in some cases, for years to agree to it, according to the Immigration lawyer, Laura Lester.
“The fact that they have applied for asylum that does not necessarily protect them from deportation unless the immigration judge finds that there is a reason because this person will be afraid of harm if he is returned to their homeland.”
Lester said that it is up to the federal government as this issue advanced.
“It is up to the government to allow this criminal operation to criticize before taking action against the person in terms of any migration case,” said Lekhtar.
Waser says he will work with Bulder Province’s lawyer with the support he needs to ensure justice.
“We are taking a measure, and we carry this individual account to make a strong statement. We will not tolerate this,” Wazer said.
Litcher said that immigration issues can be very complicated and that the future of Solomon can change depending on what is happening in the coming days in his trial and decisions at the federal level.
