San Jose, California (Crohn– In just two hours, the union’s workers with the Santa Clara Valley (VTA) will be officially in their third week of the strike. All light railways and bus methods are based on the fact that employees strike many of the issues they face with VTA, including the desire for high wages.
On Sunday, VTA announced that it is presenting the union with a new offer. The Supreme Command with VTA announced that it increases wages for union employees with ATU LOCAL 265.
The Union, which represents 1,500 employees, was amazing for about three weeks on the differences with a new contract.
The new contract will give employees an increase of 11 percent over a period of three years. The first contract contract was offered 9 percent. A new offer suggested last week by 10.5 percent. It is just lifting half a percentage, but VTA says this is important.
The Federation also says that the new VTA offer opens new issues – saying in recent negotiations, the Federation asked the VTA to sign an agreement that ensures that no amazing employees are reprimanded upon their return to work.
The Kron4 Federation tells that voting on the last VTA proposal is likely to be held on Monday or Tuesday and will likely fail. This means at least a few other days of this strike.
