Villanova University president says active shooter incident was ‘cruel hoax’

Villanova, Pennsylvania (WPVI) – The active shooter who forced the students of Villanova University forced the shelter in place on Thursday as a result of a harsh trick, “according to President Pastor Peter Donuho.

Police says that the Ministry of Public Safety has received multiple reports at approximately 4:30 pm, including the claims of a man with a weapon similar to the AR-15 and a possible victim. Police said many calls included festive -like sounds in the background.

A security alert was issued immediately, and students are directed to a lock and a doors barrier. The video clips on social media showed the crowds that are transferred to the buildings.

Kyle Mazrou said, a law student in the first year, which was inside the John F. Skara, where the police initially believed that the suspect “adrenaline was a kind of surreal. You really don’t know what you feel.”

“An officer with his gun came with a decree, we asked whether we heard any gunshots. We said,” No. He said: “See everything.

Pennsylvania governor Josh Shapiro also answered, noting that the illegal sockets and the state police were directed to use “every tool at our disposal” to find officials.

Shapiro said in a statement about X.

Chopper took 6 pictures of emergency vehicles and armed officers at the garage entrance to cars and other campus sites.

Brandon Ambrosino, a professor of theology and ethics at Villanova, said faculty are struggling to obtain information during the closure. “None of my colleagues knows what is happening. We are the correspondence back and forth,” he said.
