A man has been arrested, police, “highly drug”, was arrested on a video kicking and punches the victim’s car window while leaving a family friend of a family in San Bernardino Province.
In footage released by the Highlands Police Department on Monday, the man is seen as a Red altima sedan while two police cars seemed to be actively approaching from either side.
This happened before 9:30 am on Sunday, according to the Ministry’s Bodycam video.

The video shows the man with no more than his shirt, which is still anonymous, kicking high and swinging on the left left side of the sedan.
