According to Immigration Attorney, ONDIN Galvies, 29-year-old Francisco Mendes has received a call that they were withdrawn by federal customers on Talman Street.

Sniffin said that both Mendes and his wife are in the United States and they have no criminal record. His wife was granted asylum after escaping from persecution in her country of origin, and because the two are legally married, Mandez receives the same protection.
“She came to the United States with the belief that she will be safe here, and that she will not have to withstand the escape of actors in the country the way she endured in her country. Francisco Mendez is currently being held in New Hampshire, and a hearing is expected later. Sniffin said they are now collecting evidence and support messages in preparation for the request of bonds.
