Vicki Gunvalson Says She Got Parasites Filming RHUGT Morocco and Claims the Entire Cast Got Sick Too
Vicki Gunvalson is opening up about a terrifying and ongoing health ordeal she says began after filming the never-aired Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco—and it’s as gross as it is concerning.
During a candid appearance on Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM, the Real Housewives of Orange County OG shared that she has been battling gastrointestinal issues ever since returning from the ill-fated RHUGT trip, which was shelved by Peacock following reports of alleged inappropriate behavior by fellow cast member Brandi Glanville.
“You know, Brandi is in so much pain, I mean she’s got a very large parasite,” Vicki said. “I’m 100% confident the Morocco trip caused it.” Vicki explained that after months of bloating, fatigue, and severe constipation, she finally underwent a colonic, where the shocking discovery was made.
“We went to the colonic and she said, ‘You have parasites. You are loaded with parasites all in your gut,’” Vicki recalled. While the former Bravo star didn’t explicitly blame the network, she left little doubt about where she believes the infestation came from. “I don’t want to say it’s Bravo’s fault,” she said, “but we all got sick from that trip.”
According to Vicki, the entire cast experienced health issues after filming in Morocco. “Every time we ate, flies were swarming the food,” she said, noting that the conditions were less than ideal. “And that show never aired. If it would have aired, we would have seen the flies on everything.”
Though she often travels to Mexico, Vicki says her symptoms didn’t begin until returning from Morocco, making her believe the parasites were picked up during filming. The problem has been so persistent that she’s now undergoing colonics three times a week and taking ivermectin monthly in an effort to flush her system.
“I’m only going number two once a week,” she admitted. “And when I do, it’s like pellets.”
Brandi Glanville, who was at the center of the controversy that led to the season being shelved, has also blamed the Morocco trip for causing what she describes as facial disfigurement due to a parasite infection. With fans still eager to know what really went down during the mysterious RHUGT season that never aired, Vicki’s latest reveal only adds to the bizarre lore surrounding the trip—now dubbed by some as the “cursed” season of Ultimate Girls Trip.
No word yet from Peacock or Bravo on whether the footage will ever see the light of day, but based on Vicki’s explosive claims, it might be best left in the vault.
