((Crohn-A 39-year-old man from Valleto was arrested on June 7 for his attempt to kill a fire with a fire as well as sexual assault on a woman, according to the Valigo Police Administration.
The suspect, Joshua Brian Anderson, was arrested after the investigation conducted by the Valigo Police Administration. The investigation started on May 10 at 6:27 am, when the Valigo Fire Department and the Valigo Police Administration responded to a fire burning below a bridge near the intersection of the Lincoln Road and Solano Street.
The authorities found a man with severe burns at the scene. He was transferred to a local hospital where he was treated due to a life -threatening injury. The investigators considered the fire of the fire and started searching for a suspect.
“After evaluating the scene, the deliberate burning investigator of the Ministry of Fire in Valigo concluded that the fire was intentionally seized, indicating that there is a deliberate work and attempt to kill,” VPD said in a press statement issued on June 7.
During the investigation, VPD determined a second victim who told the investigators that she was sexually abused by the same man who set fire.
“She advanced an adult and reported that she had been taken and resulted in her will during the same time frame,” said VPD. “The investigators have informed that she was attacked, forced to use drugs and sexual assault by the suspect in charge of intentional burning.”
At 10:57 am on June 7, VPD officers found Anderson and was arrested while searching for a shelter camp near 330 Avian Drive. Anderson is the perpetrator of sexual crimes currently registered for the conditional release of domestic violence. He also had two distinguished bets to violate the conditional release.
Anderson was seized in Solano County Prison on charges of attempting to kill, strict chaos, kidnapping, rape, domestic violence and a fatal weapon assault. The leader of the Vallejo PD Jason Ta described the alleged crimes as “a violent incident and a shock that left two victims in need of immediate help and long -term support.”
