(Boeplo, Colorado)-After searching for nearly 23 hours, the body of the missing boats from Lake Boeplo was recovered on Saturday evening, May 31, according to CPW.
CPW reported that the strong winds on Friday evening, May 30, caused a boat to turn with three fishermen. Two people managed to swim to the beach, but one man lost.
The inverted boat was reported to CPW around 8 pm on Friday. CPW Rangers, CPW (MERT), CPW RANGERS (MERT), Boiplo County, Poiplo West Fire Department to search for water for the lost man, using multiple boats equipped with a sonar, underwater robot, drone to check the coastal line, and thermal cameras.
The victim’s body was found and recovered around 6:30 pm on Saturday.
“Our hearts go out to the victim’s loved ones,” said Joe Stadterman, Lake Boeplo Park Director, said. “Any loss of life in our gardens is a terrible day. We thank the responsive agencies for their work and visitors to the gardens for their patience during the operation.”
The Boeplo County judge will issue the victim’s identity.
According to CPW, no one in the boat was wearing a escape jacket at the time of the accident, and CPW states that the audience always wears the survival jacket while riding boats, blasphemy with rowing, blasphemy and enjoying water entertainment in Colorado. Lake Poiplo has free survival jackets available to the loan for any visitor.
CPW stated that the weather conditions in Lake Poeplo can change quickly, and often bring sudden and strong wind storms. Visitors should check the weather forecast before going out.

Colorado Parks and wildlife southeast (CPW SE) reported that the crews are performing a recovery process to purchase missing boats in the government of Boeplo on Saturday, May 31, around 2:30 pm
This event is held two weeks after a man drowned on the Boeplo Lake while saving children from water.
