“The Penrose room has occupied a special place in the heart of Broadmoor, and it represents a new chapter in our continuous legacy of excellence,” Damiuli said.
With a rich history like its dishes, Room Penrose was opened for the first time for guests on New Year’s Eve in 1961, where it became the first restaurant in Colorado to get a five -star Forbes rating in 2008. In the previous year, in 2007, the Penrose room received AAA five Diaond.
