(Krona) – Urra Burials was visible in the far north of the Gulf region on Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
Local photographer Alexander Gazavchav sent these pictures from the northern lights last night from Windsor, California, watch the video at the top of this story to get a timetable for the event.
There is another opportunity for the northern lights to be visible in the Northern Sonoma province between Sunday night and early Monday morning. The stars in the city will not be able to display the lights. However, the lights may be visible on the Internet using Warning cameras.
The northern lights occur when the active molecules of the sun collide with atoms and molecules in the Earth’s atmosphere, creating a glowing colored sky, according to NASA.
“Aurora, also known as the northern or southern lights, are colorful and dynamic screens that glow in the sky of the night,” NASA website Read. “Aurora occurs in the upper layer of the Earth’s atmosphere called ionosphere, but it usually arises with the activity on the sun. Sometimes, during the explosions called the murmur mass, the sun is released charged particles that accelerate through the solar system.”

The best areas are highlighted to see Aurora Borealis tonight in a map provided by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
