Three Bay Area drivers busted for exceeding 100 mph in one week, authorities say

((CrohnDuring the past week, law enforcement agencies in the Gulf region shared three different jobs on social media about drivers that exceed 100 miles per hour.

On May 4, the California Highway patrol stopped a Dodge rival, who was allegedly 109 miles per hour in a 65 mph area in Santa Rosa.

“Raise your hand if you think driving 109 mph on the highway is a good idea,” CHP shared on social media. “Certainly we don’t think so.”

Later this week, a car was registered at a speed of 106 miles per hour in a 45 miles area in Newark, the Newark Police Administration said. The stopping pushed to the police department to issue a statement asking drivers slowing down.

“Joyriding may feel as if it is an excitement, until a ticket, or what is worse,” the Newark Police Administration shared on Facebook. “… the speed limits are not just suggestions, they are players. Not to mention that reckless driving can get your car for 30 days, and this is not fun.”

On Mother’s Day, it was claimed that the Dodge charger driver was arrested after 109 miles per hour in a 55 miles area on the Geneville Road in Santa Rosa.

“Well, here we go again,” CHP books. “109 miles per hour on the Grieville Road? Really? Do you have a feast or a safe, everyone.”
