These U.S. cities are the most stressed in 2025, according to recent study

The Americans are emphasized. This is clear. But a new study from Wallethub shows that stress levels vary greatly depending on the place where people live.

The study compared 182 American cities through 39 main standards to determine the place where the Americans adapt to better and worse with stress in 2025. The study has evaluated factors such as average working hours, unemployment rates, divorce rates, crime rates and health statistics.

“Some tension is out of our control, due to problems with family, friends or employers. However, you can play a big role in your existence,” Chip Lupo, a Wallethub analyst, said in a statement. “Cities with high crime rates, weak economies, less effective general health, and crowded transportation systems naturally lead to high levels of stress for residents.”

When it comes to California cities, San Bernardino was the most orientation, ranked twenty -ninth national level. This was followed by Modesto on 33 Moreno Valley in 48. Fresno came after that in 52, then Los Angeles in 59Y.

Cities such as San Diego, Anheim and Huntington Beach occupy low in the list.

According to the report, the least tightened city in California is Freemon.
