ASAN-Clemeson has made the most out of its chances to overcome Texas 7-4 in the regional opening match in Austin Super at the NCAA SoftBall on Thursday at McCOCOBS FIELD.
The eleventh seeded tigers painted three runs in the third half to advance 3-2, and then placed in four others in the sixth place to install the sixth ranked longhorns, with 1-0 in the best chain of 3. It is the first superior regional victory in the history of the program for tigers since starting in 2020.

If Clemeson won the second match of the series on Friday, scheduled for 8 pm, he will advance to the Women’s World World series. Texas can impose a third match on Saturday by winning on Friday.
