Los Angeles – The Mindeys family says that Eric and Lil Mindez’s aunt is in the hospital after the prosecutors showed graphic pictures of the crime site in the court.
The family, 85 -year -old Terry Bara, says Jose Menendes’s sister, who was found without responding last night. She is now at New Jersey Hospital in critical condition, according to a family statement.
The family blaming the office of Los Angeles County Lawyer, Nathan Hoachman, for hospitalization. They say that Paralet was amazed after the prosecutors showed graphics pictures of the body of Jose Menendes, without warning last week in court.
A statement from the MENNDEZ family is partially read:
“We were no longer. There was no warning, nor human – just a shock and pain that was attached to people who have already bore decades.”
“The screen has been repeated, and it can be completely avoided, and we think it was intended. The prosecutor’s office knows the boycott of what is the required law and I intentionally choose to ignore it.”
“The level of lack of respect was amazing. But it is part of an annoying pattern we expect, especially from Da Hashman, who spoke to us over and over enemy and contempt and we will be held accountable.”
“Our family hurts me. Terry may not recover from what has been done for her – and for all passes – in the courtroom. We deserve better. We believe a firm belief that if Da’s office has shown even an ounce for us, as victims, we will not hope in another day with Terry at the present time.”
BARALT recently spoke to support the brother -in -law of re -introduction in her first television interview. Matt Gutman sat from ABC exclusively with the family before Friday’s session.
“It was a crazy time for these children, and what they did was done, but they are sorry now, but people should think they are sorry … they paid 35 years in prison, believe me, you pay,” Bart said.
Family lawyer Brian Friedman accuses the prosecutor of violating the Marisi Law, which requires sympathy for the victims.
Los Angeles County Lawyer Office issued a statement late on Sunday afternoon, which he read in part:
“We never intend to cause distress or pain for individuals attending a hearing of the court. We understand the nature of the evidence of this dual heinous killing was very emotional. However, through design, these sessions aim to be a place where the truth is, regardless of its pain.
“To the extent that the photography of this behavior disturbed any member of the Mindez family present in the court, we apologize for not warning that the behavior will be described in detail not only in words but also through the crime scene image.”
“We are still committed to ensuring that the future procedures are moved with dignity, respect and transparency that deserves this issue. We warn anyone who attends a personality hearing personally to prepare for some difficult details and images surrounding these tragic circumstances.”
The discontent session will continue on Thursday and Friday.
