In reports, the police are investigating an attempt to kidnap a teenage girl in the city of Panorama a few days after the suspect was arrested for kidnapping another teenage girl less than a mile.
The last accident occurred on April 15 at 9:30 pm near the intersection of CEDROS Street and Chase Street.
Details are limited, and it is not clear how it reveals the accident, although the initial investigation, according to the Los Angeles Police Administration, indicates that the male of Spanish origin has tried in his thirties to force a teenage girl on his Soda Kia Sedan.
