The 43-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum took to Instagram this week to share a candid health update with her followers, revealing her next steps in treatment and showing visible signs of her physical journey, including scars across her scalp following brain surgery.

“Tomorrow is a big day,” Teddi wrote alongside a video showing the effects of her recent procedures. “I get another MRI to see if treatment is working. I also have another round of immunotherapy. Feeling positive and also sad and scared.” In a second post, which featured Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” as the background music, Teddi reflected on her recent surgery.

“Sixish weeks ago. I think,” she captioned a photo of the early healing process from her emergency operation to remove tumors on her brain.

Earlier this month, Teddi shared with Us Weekly that she was trying to stay active and optimistic while processing the emotional weight of her diagnosis. “I’m listening to my body, but also staying active and doing things that I love because when I do too much laying [around], I get pretty sad,” she said.

“On the days I’m feeling low, I can get really emotional, and if I’m open with the people in my life, then I have an easier time resting. When I try to pretend I’m OK and resting, it’s hard for me.” During an interview on Nightline, the Two Ts In A Pod co-host revealed doctors told her her chances of survival are “50/50,” largely because of the relatively recent advancements in immunotherapy.

“I really like to have control, and this is completely out of my control, and for the first time, I’m like, really scared,” she admitted.

Despite the uncertainty, Teddi is holding on to hope. In a heartfelt Instagram Story, she wrote, “Of course I know the chances but I truly believe with my whole heart. I will beat this and watch my kids graduate. Vent on the pod and have everyone get mad at me. Annoy my siblings by reminding everyone I am the favorite. Etc.”

Teddi continues to document her cancer journey with vulnerability and strength, offering her followers an unfiltered look at both the physical and emotional reality of living with stage 4 cancer.
