A suspect was shot by deputies at a crowded intersection near a commercial center in West Hollywood, which prompted a large closure on the street on Saturday night.

The authorities arrived at the scene of the accident and while speaking to the victim, the suspect monitored near Santa Monica Street and La Brie Street. They approached the man and tried to hold him, but he resisted and followed a physical fight.
During the confrontation, the suspect was shot by the deputies. He was transferred to the hospital with a gunshot wound to his stem and remains in a stable condition. LASD did not provide more details about the conditions before the shooting.
The roads were stopped near the 7100 block from Santa Monica Street, which includes a home for the West Hollywood mall, to traffic and pedestrians for more than six hours as a large law enforcement surrounded by the region for investigation.
