Austin – Brandon Thompson, the man accused of shooting a woman and then shoots an officer, is now officially facing the charge of killing, according to the Austin Police Administration.
In addition to the charge of killing, Thompson faces other charges – he tried to kill the capital for a peace officer and aft.
The shooting event on September 10, when events in the 700 Bloc by AZIE Morton. It began when Austin Adam Renhart’s police officer was talking to Thompson and a woman, Kai Smith, around a stolen vehicle found by the officers.

Renhart, who was with the administration for six years, was shot in the abdomen but was expected to recover, according to the police.
Then the situation turned into a pursuit of Thompson, after he escaped from the scene after he was claimed that he had shot Smith and Rinhart.
APD said in a statement that a shelter was carried out in place for those who live in the area where the shooting occurred, and was raised “before confirmation.”
Since the emergency communication system was under maintenance, “APD employees were not on the same site, which led to misunderstanding.”
Thompson was almost a year from 4:10 am to 8 am, and it was monitored near Barton Hills Elementary School at the time of decline. Then one of the owner of a house was called a house near the elementary school, according to the police.
Council member Ryan Alter held a meeting with parents on Tuesday morning to listen to concerns.

I think we need to make a mistake to be careful, and if that means that while there is a kind of safety measure in its place, two or three people should give the brightness before it is raised, I think we should do it.”
