A man was arrested by the alleged sexual assault on a woman at a hotel in Orange County.
The suspect was identified as Nelson Rivera Valley, 37, from Los Angeles, according to the Santa Anna police administration.
On September 3, the police received a report from the victim, a 48 -year -old woman, who said she was raped and assaulted.
The night before, the woman arranged for Valley in Motel. During their meeting, an oral quarrel occurred. The woman said that she was physically and sexually assaulted by the valley and left with great injuries.
On September 4, after the investigation, the valley was located at his residence in Los Angeles and was detained.
He was arrested on charges of assault with fatal weapons and multiple crimes related to sexual assault. He was booked at Santa Anna prison, which is being held on bail of one million dollars.
Investigators believe that there can be additional victims or witnesses regarding the accident. No details were released on the case.
