KDVR – A man was arrested after a person was attacked with a tube or a lists, according to the Aurora Police Administration.
At 4:41 pm on Sunday, Aurora Police received a call about an attack with a tube or square that occurred in 1,200 blocks from the South Pacqulie Road.
While the officers were responding to the scene of the accident, the Aurora 911 witnesses that the suspect in the alleged attack had been launched in a green Toyota.
Police said that the detailed witness described the suspect and the individual car was an integral part of the officers appointed to the information center in the actual time. These officers were able to locate the car that travels near East Colfax Street and Airport Street.
Additional officers were sent to that area and the suspect’s vehicle located.
The police said that the respondents had stopped the traffic, and the suspect withdrew for the lights and warnings.
The man was identified as 27 -year -old Carl Marquise.
Marquis was arrested on charges of second -class attack and was seized at the Aurora detention center.
