A man was allegedly arrested and killed a woman driving her car in a residential neighborhood in Orange.

He was arrested on charges of murder, tried to kill, violated observation and was seized in Orange County Prison.
Defending the deadly shooting is still unclear.
“It is not known what led to the shooting, and why it happened, if it was random or if it was targeted,” said Languel McMulin of Orange Police Station. “Our investigators are actively active.”
