A man was allegedly arrested and killed a woman driving her car in a residential neighborhood in Orange.
On May 6, Amber Persons, 24, from Costa Missa, was a passenger inside the Honda SUV while driving near Hayland Street and Del Mar Street around 12:30 am
They just turned on a dead end on the heights when a gunman suddenly appeared on foot and began shooting them behind their car.
