Suspect arrested after man found dead outside Orange County library

A suspect was arrested after a dead man was found outside a library in Orange County.

On June 2, Westminster Police responded to a man who does not respond in the 8200 Building in 13th Street in Westminster at 6:15 pm

The victim, who was identified only as a homeless man, announced his death at the scene. No suspect was found nearly, but the death was investigated as killing.

The evidence collected on investigators helped to identify James Metcalf, 54, from Westminster, as a major suspect, I mentioned Orange County Registry.

Metcalf was already held on suspicion of sabotage. No details were provided on how to link Metcalf investigators to kill.

Police told the OC Record that Metcalf was arrested early in the day near the area where the body was found later.
