Denver (KDVR) – It is the weekend, and throughout the United States, citizens will travel to national graves to honor the lives of friends, family, community members, or even complete strangers who made the final sacrifice while serving in the US military.
Crowds of people will meet in the burial land, but a park will not be heard as a moment of silence is held to fall.
Before the day of anniversary, Choice Mutual, an insurance company, has surveyed more than 3000 American citizens and which they want to visit.
Fort Logan in Denver was one of the most male in the survey, and fell in No. 20.
The 10 best popular signals included:
- Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia
- Gettepurg National Cemetery, Pennsylvania
- Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Illinois
- National Memorial Cemetery in the Pacific Ocean, Hawaii
- Yellowston National Cemetery, Montana
- Long Island National Cemetery, New York
- Gerald Bh Solomon Saratoga National Cemetry, New York
- San Francisco National Cemetery, California
- Forte Houston National Cemetery, Texas
- Massachusetts Cemetery, Massachusetts
Although she did not break the 10 best people, mutual participants like Fort Logan because they are a deep stillness. The rows of clear white graves stretch under the famous Blue Colorado sky. It is a place where silence speaks volumes.
“Military cemeteries are more than just a memorial – they are reminders,” said Anthony Martin, the founder of Mutual choice. “They remind us that every generation had people ready to serve and sacrifice. Visit these places on the day of anniversary helps to ensure that this is not taken as a Muslim.”
The results of the survey and fees for a map of graves can be found on A joint site selection site.
