Austin (KXAN) – within two days, dreams can be fulfilled for the former Longhorns Texhwas in the hope of hearing its name in the draft of the American Football Association 2025.
The Longhorns team drafted 11 players in 2024 and could see up to 14 players this year, which will be a record in school. Steve Sarkissian seems to be a major coach who is proud of.
“I tell these men when we recruit them, this is one of the few times in high school where you can choose the place you will go to school,” Sarkissian said on Tuesday. “This is a different process. This is when they choose you.”
For three days and seven rounds of Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wesconsen, 32 teams will choose the most appropriate for their institution.
“Everyone wants to get a formulation as soon as possible because he is satisfied at the present time,” said Sarkissian. “But in reality, it comes to where you are going and are you suitable for this scheme and training staff.”
There are 14 reasons for Sarkisian to be enthusiastic about the draft, but he says he “has no expectations.” He has great hopes for former players.
“I will touch with these men as we approach Thursday … I think many of our men are in a wonderful place. I hope a ton of our men will be formulated, because I think many of our players will be the origins of the organization,” said Sarkissian.
Longhorns has three former players who expect their name to hear in the first round Thursday evening – the wide recipient Matthew Golden, the Pharaoh Baron defense appeared and offensive treatment Kelvin Banks Junior.
Banks is one of the biggest goals on the blackboard as a left -wing treatment, but rumors showed that the teams hinted at the transfer of banks to the goalkeeper’s position.
Sarkissian does not “get it”.
“I also told everyone, I think this man is the Prime Minister of the American Football Association,” said Sarkissian.
In four seasons on an area of 40 acres, Sark got his fair share of the players in each position, but this year it would be the first time that QUINN EWERS is expected to choose on Friday or Saturday.

“It is clear that the left back is due to a historical, it is a kind of hitting the house slightly differently,” he said. “If you do not have Gardbbeck, this is really difficult and it was good for us to have a good one over the past three years in Queen. It will make a great professional.”
