Starbucks mandating 4-day RTO for corporate staff

(Kron) – Starbucks looks forward to the latest company that intensifies pressure on employees to return to the office. on monday, The CEO of Starbrex Brian Nicole sent a memo to the employees Announcing that the company was raising the required number of days in the office from three to four.

“While we continue to implement our appearances to the Starbucks plan and work to include business, I want to share important updates on behalf of our executive leadership team-specifically with regard to our expectations and work sites for our support partners and persons’ managers,” Nicole wrote.

According to politics, workers will be asked for Starbucks support centers in Seattle and Toronto in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Policy will also apply to workers in North American regional offices, according to Nicole.

In addition, after a request earlier this year, the workers in VP and above the level in Seattle or Toronto, Starbucks now require members of the leadership team at regional support centers to move to Seattle or Toronto during the next 12 months.

For workers who do not want to comply with the new policies, Starbucks offers purchases in the form of “one -time exit program with a cash payment for partners who make this choice.”

“We understand that the updated office culture may not work for everyone,” Nicole wrote.
