On Friday, Vegroa, Los Angeles lawyer, was accused of felony murder, one crime charge of attempting to kill, a felony charge of possession of a firearm with previous violent convicts, and a single felony of a firearm by a criminal with previous convictions.

The motivation behind deadly shooting is still unclear.

Clark was described by her loved ones as a sympathetic woman who was dedicated to helping students.

“We are overtaken by a devastation,” her family said. “I took the life of a comic from us very early, in a work that does not make sense that no woman should carry it.

Clark grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and graduated from the University of Clark Atlanta, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree and a doctorate in education.

Her family said they wanted justice for her death and for suspected the consequences she deserves.

“Any student, faculty or safety employee should feel safe to go to school,” said Nathan Hoshman, Los Angeles lawyer. “This horrific act of armed violence has shook Spartan College and our entire society.”

Hashman said that Vegroit is a convict who was not legally allowed to have a firearm. He was accused of many improvements that issue judgments.

“Our hearts go out to the family, and this should never happen,” Pots said. “It is a terrible example of violence in the workplace. It is a tragedy for the school, for the family. Two great people have hurt greatly.”

Figueroa was to be called on Tuesday. If he is convicted as accused, he faces life imprisonment. It is held on bail of $ 5 million. A listening session is scheduled for May 29.
