Residents in one of the Van Nuys neighborhood say they are frustrated when a man continues to detonate his home and a group of train pods from his home every day.
Those who live on the 6600 bloc from Peach Street Street said that the loud disorder has been going on for months and that the man responsible for it, Gary Boydzihian, said he had no plans to stop.
“He does this periodically several times during the day,” said Bob Donovan, one of the neighbors. “It is turned out only when the air runs out because it is detonated by air. Then it is restarted. Its range is 3.5 miles. It is an actual train century.”
Boyadzhyan claims that he has a long -term complaint with the LAPD Van Nuys section on a personal issue and that loud sirens are his way to attract management attention.
“I am honestly apologizing to my neighbors,” Boydzihan told KTLA from Elena Abuvian. “I am, frankly for God, I am very sorry for the discomfort, comrades in your homes, but I don’t know what to do.”
He did not explain what the nature of his personal complaint, saying that he just needs help and that he wanted “justice to serve.”
Neighbors are constantly reporting the loud noise of the police and the centuries will eventually extinguish when the officers appear.
Residents feel impotence and many said it is difficult to sympathize with the man, taking into account the uncompromising noise that they are forced to carry every day.
“I mean, I hear what he says, he needs help, but what kind of help he needs?” One of the neighbors said in frustration.
Many neighbors also feel frustrated because, despite the ongoing calls to the Los Angeles Police Department, the turmoil has no signs of stopping.
They said that Boyadzhyan floats to stop the centuries before the officers arrive. Lapd Ktla told that, for a quotation version, they will need to see the centuries and warnings that explode upon their arrival, but this did not happen.
Another neighbor said: “They were here this morning.” “Three policeman appeared. They were here for about half an hour, talked to him, then jumped in their cars and moved away.”
