The crimes took place between June 23, 2014 to October 1, 2016. The husband, Nachiv, joined a doctor based in Orange County, to implement the scheme.

Prosecutors said that during this time, the detection became the best description of HIV in California. Through this scheme, Trio Defrauded Medi Cal made more than $ 20 million.

On June 27, Abraz was sentenced to four years in prison for his involvement. The restoration session will be held to specify the amount due by ABRORS.
