SF police seize 100 nitrous oxide tanks, balloons near Dead & Company concert

(Krona) – San Francisco police officers found Golden Gate Park during the Sixteenth Anniversary Series this weekend this week, and they gained nearly 100 nitrous oxide tanks and balloons intended for suspected drug use.

Around 11 pm on August 2, SFPD officers in the Volton Street area and 35 Street were when they encountered an open trailer with a man inside. The officers approached the trailer and found many tanks filled with nitrous oxide.

Officers, Thomas Sidro, 32, arrested Philadelphia at the scene. Siderio was seized in San Francisco County Prison to distribute or dispense with nitrous oxide and possess nitrous oxide with the intention of absorbing poisoning. The case is still under investigation.

SFPD said: “Our officers will continue in the patrol of all areas of Golden Gate Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.” “SFPD is devoted to keeping safe for everyone and they will continue to ensure a safe time in our city.”
