Several thousands of dollars in meat stolen from multiple Santa Rosa Safeway stores: SCSO

(Kron) – Four people were arrested regarding a multiple organization retail in Safeway Protices in Santa Rosa on Wednesday evening, which led to several thousand dollars of stolen meat.

The Sonoma Sharif Provincial Office said that the Henry 1 helicopter (H1) helped “determine the location of Santa Rosa police officers and direct it to a group of suspects who went to Santa Rosa from Auckland.”

The three targeted Safeway sites were stores on Yulupa Street, Calistoga Road and 4th Street. The deputies said that one of the suspects was seen leaving Safeway while the other three suspects are waiting for the car.

“SCSO Henry-1 is located in the parking lot at the third location that the suspects stole,” said Sharif’s office. “They kept visible on the car and provided our officers quick and accurate details about their movement and location.”

The sponsorship of every suspect has been increased, SCSO said. It is not clear what the drawings they face.

“If you intend to come to our area with a single intention to steal, be ready that there are very potential eyes watching you from the top,” Sharif’s office said in a post on social media.
