(Crohn)-Santa Rosa police said that the 45-year-old Santa Rosa man was said to have a pistol on his head at his residence was detained after he entered and headed.
Casey Eugene Jones was accused of driving under the influence of firearms violations.
The officers were sent around 12:35 pm on Saturday to housing near 1000 blocs from Spinlo Road in a report that a man was roaming at home with a pistol on his head, the police said in a press release.
Police said that the officers were responding to housing, and led the man in the blue coupe Toyota.
The police said that when the officers were placed in the car and conducted a traffic, it was found that Jones was in the possession of a hidden firearm. The officers identified a second firearm in the car box. No weapon of Jones was recorded.
“Jones presented a chemical test that revealed that the blood concentration in the blood (BAC) was more than four times the legal limit of 0.08 %,” said police on a social media.
Jones was arrested and seized in Sonoma County prison where they face several charges, including carrying a flexible firearm in a public place.
