(BCN) – A firefighter in Santa Rosa was transferred to the hospital with minor injuries, and two families were displaced when a fire broke out in the 1600 building from Ridley Avenue on Saturday afternoon. It was one of the structure fires fought by firefighters that afternoon.
Firefighters were called to Ridley Avenue at approximately 12:38 pm, according to the fire department in Santa Rosa, Marshal Robbins, who said the reason was still being investigated and estimated the damage of about $ 200,000. The displaced were assisted by the Red Cross in northern California.
The firefighters also responded to a fire in a two -storey vacation, in the 800th mass of the fourth street in Santa Rosa at approximately 2 pm, there were no injuries in that fire, and the research confirmed that there was no one at home at that time, according to a press statement issued by the administration.
The reason was also under investigation from Saturday noon, according to Robins, who was damaged by about $ 600,000. The administration’s statement said that the fire was present in about 20 minutes and was prevented from spreading to other structures.
