(Krona) – The father of a girl in San Matteo was accused of shooting a car operated by three high school students after the group threw the egg at his family’s residence overnight on Saturday, according to the office of the lawyer for the San Matteo County. Craig Stephen Mikeli, 54, admitted that he was not guilty of all charges.
Two days before the shooting, three children “were driving around San Matteo pulling jokes on classmates from Hildel High School,” the prosecutors wrote. For one joke, the students went to the girl’s home on Annapolis Drive and “the spread of oil throughout the balcony,” according to the office of Da.
On Saturday, immediately after midnight, the three boys returned and threw the eggs at home. When the boys escaped in their SUVs, it was claimed that Micheli fired two rounds of the car. One of the bullets struck a quarter -passenger plate of the car, according to the DA office.
The respondents stopped the SUV. After a short time, Micheli approached the police and “talked about how his daughter was the victim of the continuous bullying in high school and the extent of his anger at spending some time cleaning the oil from the balcony,” the DA office wrote.
Micheli told the officers that he was aiming at the Tires of SUVs and after the shooting he threw the pistol in the water dog lake.
An inspection note presented at the Miceli house revealed an illegal automatic rifle and “several types of ammunition,” according to the prosecutors.
Micheli was accused of:
- Three charges of assaulting a firearm
- Shooting an occupied car
- Illegal attack weapon/50 bronning machine gun activity
- Holding an attack weapon
A preliminary hearing was determined on June 9 after a summons on Tuesday. The guarantee was determined by $ 25,000 and Miceli ordered that there is no connection with the three boys.
