(Crohn) – The fugitive who was alleged to have fled to Las Vegas after the deadly fire in San Jose behind bars. After spending 10 months in the range, a suspect of Lam Thanah’s murder was found and arrested, according to the San Jose Police Administration.
Mac I appeared before the court in the Justice Hall in Santa Clara Province on Tuesday. The judge denied granting the guarantee.
San Jose, 39, was accused of killing Joa Dang Dang on August 11, 2024 inside a company on McLeulin Street, according to court documents.
Several people called the 911 to report a shooting shooting, and SJPD officers arrived after three in the morning.
“Investigators learned that the suspect immediately left the area after the accident and was believed to have fled to the capital area in Las Vegas, the Greater Nevada,” SJPD SGT. George Garibai wrote.

Mac has a violent criminal history, and has previously been convicted of voluntary intentional killing, as the court records appear.
