President Voludmir Zelinski said on a telegram that the “terrible strike” hit “the ordinary city street, normal life: homes, educational institutions, cars in the street.”
He added: “This is on a day when people go to the Church: Palm Sunday, and the feast of the Lord entering Jerusalem.” “Only one can act like this. Take the lives of ordinary people. My condolences for relatives and friends. The rescue process is now on. All the necessary services are working.”
