The US Public Prosecutor’s Office said: “de la Tori stated that he announced weapons for sale online and achieved between 20 and 200 dollars in profit for every firearm.”
From May to September 2023, de la Torres sold about 50 firearms for approximately $ 200,000 to “one conspirator”. This deal included the AR-15 firearms, six AR-10 firearms, AK pistol and more.
The investigation was part of the Ministry of Justice operation to restore America, according to the statement, which seeks to eliminate the Kartitat and other national criminal organizations (TCOS).
According to the US Public Prosecutor’s Office, the federal boycott judge will determine the Di La Tori penalty.
