Gina Kirschenheiter has been unexpectedly swept into the middle of a heated legal battle between her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, and his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen — and the accusations flying back and forth are nothing short of jaw-dropping.
The conflict escalated after Travis, 41, filed an emergency motion seeking full legal and physical custody of the couple’s three children — Presley, Bennett, and Joseph. His request stemmed from serious concerns about Meghan’s alleged drug use and parenting behavior. In court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, Travis claimed Meghan has been “undermining his custodial time” and creating an unhealthy environment for their children.
He cited troubling incidents, including Meghan allegedly passing out in her car in the school pickup line — claims which he says have been reported by multiple people. Even more concerning, Travis said Meghan failed to comply with court-ordered drug testing on two separate occasions, further heightening his fears about her fitness as a parent.
Meghan, however, isn’t staying silent. In a scathing response, she painted a drastically different picture — accusing both Travis and Gina Kirschenheiter of creating a toxic atmosphere for the children. According to her filing, the kids have expressed fear of both their father and Gina Kirschenheiter, alleging that the RHOC star mocked one of the children’s weight and regularly bad-mouths Meghan in front of them.
“These filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children,” Meghan claimed. She also accused Travis of using the court system as a form of retaliation and coercive control. Additionally, Meghan categorically denied the drug use accusations and asserted that she has fully complied with all required testing — in stark contrast to Travis and Gina, who she says have never been asked to submit to the same scrutiny.
Taking her defense a step further, Meghan called out Gina directly, saying the reality star contributes to household tension and engages in public shaming. Meghan also accused Travis of having a history of intimidation during their marriage, including physical aggression — allegations he has not publicly addressed.
Despite the explosive claims and counterclaims, the court denied Travis’s emergency motion. However, the matter is far from settled. A full hearing has been scheduled for July 10, and all eyes are on what could be a high-stakes courtroom showdown.
A source close to Gina has already fired back, calling Meghan’s claims “total BS” and insisting that Gina would never mock the children.
