ASAN (KXAN) – San Marcus Police requested that a community be found in finding another suspect linked to the shooting that killed two people near San Antonio Street and Guadalpe Street.
On Sunday, SMD said she initially responded to reports of appeal at about 1:30 am in a bar near the center of San Marcus. Shortly after the police arrived at the scene, SMPD Stan Standridge said that three people had shot four people.
Police arrested Jaymen Tobias, 19, on Saturday evening, accused him of two charges of premeditated murder and strict assault with a fatal weapon, according to the records of Hayes County on the Internet. As of Sunday, Bond Tobias was determined at $ 1.65 million.
Standridge also requested the audience to assist a second suspect, Affiri Saul Buman Junior, who is 19 years old, is required for intentional killing.
The police said that two victims were shot in the head. The death of Anthony Parrera, 24, was announced at the scene, and Alec Pachiko, 20, died in the hospital later. In addition, the police said that a third victim was “walking along East San Antonio Street” was sponsored by a bullet. He was treated and released, according to the authorities.
The police revealed, through the initial investigation, that Parira, one of the victims, was returning to a married woman, and her husband faced him on this case. According to the police, the confrontation continued outside the bar, which led to the “fist battle”. Stanridge said that the husband was not charged and his identity will not be determined.
Two others joined the battle, poured Parrera several times and teared his necklace. It was Puman who torn the Parrera necklace. The other person was not recognized by the police.
Standridge said that while Parrera was fighting Powman, Tobias was involved and shot a pistol that the police believed he had a “variable operator”, allowing the weapon to shoot automatically. Stanridge said about eight shots had been launched.
Police used two SWAT teams to carry out search and arrest orders for a bus and Bowman. The neighbors told Tobias about the authorities, and fled the scene. A family member chose him, but he eventually surrendered on Saturday.
This is not the first time that he runs with the police. Police said Tobias was on a bond to carry an illegal weapon and possess an oversight material after his release on July 5.
Lawyer information was not available for a bus. We will update this if changed.
Any of the suspects and victims participating in this incident have family relationships, according to the police.
In addition, the police are looking to get to know a witness, maybe the battle and shoot. The image of the unknown witness from the SMPD below.
