The police are investigating multiple calls from South Bey, concerned with a man who records himself saying obscene things for women and posting videos on social media.
“The Hermosa Beach Police Department is familiar with multiple videos circulated on the social media of an individual that was broadcast throughout the city,” I mentioned the department in it After Instagram Wednesday. “We have seen and documenting these videos.”

After reporting the police, Gregory said that an officer went after the man but claimed that he could not arrest him because of the first amendment rights.
In many published videos, the man is seen following women and giving obscene sexual comments while performing their daily routine.
Hermosa Beach Police said that investigators are investigating accidents and encouraged anyone who believed they were a victim of the crime of calling them at 310-318-0360 or to go to the police station in 540 Pier Ave.
