The police have identified three groups of human remains found along the coastal line in the Palos Verdes Estates.
The remains, which stem from the cases of separate missing persons, have been under investigation since 2023.
In January 2021, Mark Bolson was reported to be reported after his failure to return from the boat riding outside Redondo Beach. He last heard when he reported a engine problem with his boat and expressed concern about the explosion in the sea.
A search voltage included the American Coast Guard, Harbour Patrol, and Los Angeles County Leghers, but Bolson was not found. Two years later in January 2023, the human thigh bone was located off the coastal line.
By matching the DNA, the Balos Verdies police confirmed the remains associated with Bolson.
“Based on the overall circumstances, there is no doubt that the wrong play,” the investigators said. “He was 68 years old.”
In November 2024, a human skull and bones were located and determined as Raymond Simerog, who will be 57 years old today. He believed that Smith was suffering from displacement before his death. Investigators said there was no doubt about playing.
In December 2024, a hunting vessel was reported with two people on board from San Pedro amid dangerous surfing conditions. The two men did not return after leaving on a small boat from Cabrilo Beach on December 23.
A search voltage was started and on December 25, their boat was found drowning along the beach on the 1700 Paseo Del Mar. mass.
The next day, two parts of the lower ends were discovered on the coastal line. On June 18, 2025, the police confirmed that the remains belonged to Chuliang Tang, 62, one of the missing fishermen.
No residue linked to the lost second fisherman was found. Based on the evidence, the investigators decided that there is no reason to suspect the wrong play at this time.
The police informed the families of all three persons after the confirmed DNA matches.
