(Crohn)-The Richmond Police Administration said that “a sovereign citizen” refuses to withdraw to follow up on the police on Wednesday morning, and stop the bridge movement with any bridge.
“They tried to stop the car, but the driver refused to stop,” said the Richmond police administration. “The driver continued to drive at slow speeds, stopping several times to announce that he is a sovereign citizen who did not recognize our authority to stop him. The driver eventually decided to drive to the Bay Bridge Toll Plaza area, where he stopped in the middle of the merger, which improved the chaos he could have in the morning.”
The chase ended in a short confrontation at Bay Bridge Toll Plaza. The officers confirmed that the man was the only concern in the car and used a “chemical worker” to remove it from the car.
“After negotiations failed with the suspect out of his car, the officers were able to enter a chemical agent in the interior of his car,” said Richmond police. “The driver quickly decided that he wanted to get out of his car and was detained without an accident.”
The authorities pulled the man’s car and prepared the I-80. The man was reserved in prison for trying to evade the officers, the suspected Dui, and a memorandum to chase the former police.
