(Crohn)-Prosecutors announced on Wednesday-a 28-year-old man from Blazanton was accused of first-class killing in shooting his father.
The Alamida County Lawyer Office said that Lance Chan, 61, was shot by his son, Lucas Chan, on August 15 inside the family home at Herbert Stadium. Chan was arrested by the Plezanton police at the scene.
Police said an argument led to fire. Lucas Chan has been arrested and seized in the prison of Olaida County Santa Rita for the murder. It was not revealed whether any other family members were inside the house at the time of the accident.
According to the vice of Sharif, the province of Islama, Lucas seemed to be in the process of making an explosive device before his arrest.
“It is also claimed that at the time of detention, the team of disposal of explosive decree in the province of Alamida found multiple devices, materials and explosive materials to make a devastating device inside the house, claiming that the defendant’s possession.”
The DA office said that Chan is still in detention, and that the charges related to the shooting could carry a longer penalty. He also faces many charges associated with “having explosive devices in a house near populated sites,” said Da.
