A regional plane made a landing in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on Thursday evening after a passenger tried to open an emergency exit and entered a quarrel with a flight host.
The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement that Delta delivered a 3612 flight, run by SkyWest Airlines, was flying from Omaha to Detroit when the turmoil occurred at about 7 pm local time.
One of the passengers was “in a battle with our host at the present time, in an attempt to open the emergency exit,” Pilot Pradio Al Burj at East Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapidz, according to his recorded LiveATC.NET website.
The passenger did not open the door and the plane landed safely and a tax on the gate.

The 23 -year -old police accused Mario Nixopier, from Nebraska with five charges, including the threat and payment of the flight attendant, and the uncontrolled behavior, as well as two accusations of drugs related to 41 of Albusolam, known as Zanaks, with whom he was.
He appeared before the court on Friday, when the judge set his bond at $ 10,000. It was not immediately clear if he had a lawyer.
“SkyWest is never tolerated with unbridled behavior, as safety for our customers and crew is our top priority,” the airline said in a statement.
